What the UNIQ Controller Does

Four jobs, one interface. Every input the operator needs is on the touchscreen; every override is on the push-button panel.

  • 01 / DISPLAY

    7″ Touchscreen

    Lockable metal-covered touchscreen with troubleshooting screens, coil calculator, job and part entry, and full machine settings — all in one panel.

  • 02 / OPERATION

    Automatic or Manual

    Run the machine and shear from the touchscreen, or fall back to the manual push-button control panel. The operator chooses.

  • 03 / NOTCHING

    Automatic Notching

    Program notch types once; the machine punches them as material runs, including angled notches for hips and valleys. Requires a notch-equipped SSQ II™ MultiPro.

  • 04 / DATA

    Cutlist Import / Export

    USB port for program updates, 600-panel cutlist import, and export of final project specifications back to the office.

Operation

Brain of the Machine

UNIQ tracks the exact length and quantity of every panel coming through the machine. It drops the shear at the right moment, runs the drive, and handles notching, so the operator runs the job, not the math.

Build a cutlist on the touchscreen, or write it on a computer and upload via USB. The controller stores up to 600 panel lengths and exports the finished spec back to the office for your records.

  1. Input: Touchscreen or USB cutlist
  2. Drive: Auto length & quantity
  3. Shear: Timed cut at length
  4. Export: Project spec to USB
